Prince
Breed: Catahoula Leopard Mix Age:2 years +/- Weight: 50 lbs Medical: Up-To-Date on Vaccinations, worming, fecal, neuter and microchip Cat Friendly: Unknown Dog Friendly: Yes, Selective Kid Friendly: Yes House Trained: Yes Crate Trained: Yes Location: Florida Prince is a sweet lovable puppy that loves attention and play. He really enjoys toys and treats also. It takes him some time to warm up to strangers and thunder makes him anxious and sometimes car rides. He's really smart and trainable and can be quite funny. Here are some commands/words that he seems to understand: sit, stay, go, come, back, paw (right and left), speak, pee pee, potty potty. He will sleep in his bed through the night and stay there until you get up and he’s ready to go outside. He still needs to go out pretty often to use the bathroom, every 2-3 hours until bedtime. He can be a little pushy with his snout on your hand/arm when he wants out but may just want play or attention lol. He's very loyal and really an awesome dog! If you are interested in adopting Prince, click at the link below: http://www.nehoularescue.com/adoption-application.html Once your application has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted via email or phone by one of our volunteers. After your application is approved, the foster parent for the dog you have selected will contact you to answer any questions you may have and determine if that dog is a good match for your family. If you have no particular dog in mind, we will be happy to keep your application on file and notify you if the right dog should come into rescue. Catahoula Rescue of New England is an all-volunteer group. Dogs in our program are fostered by volunteers. The foster homes care for our dogs as if they were their own. All dogs have received vaccinations appropriate to age and are spayed or neutered. Prince’s adoption donation is $400 which includes Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella, fecal test, heartworm test, is on preventative, microchip and neuter. We do not have a physical shelter; all of our dogs are fostered in individual foster homes across the New England and Canada. |
